Credits

Each organization has one credit balance. It pays for the AI work Qalion does for you: running tests, Qalion AI and AI analyses.

Your balance

Open the avatar menu → Settings → Credits (Owners and Admins). The Credit balance shows what the organization has left from the coupons it redeemed: Remaining, Total, Used and Active coupons, in US dollars.

Settings → Credits: two runs of 12 executions used 12 cents of a $20 coupon.

Redeem a coupon

Credits come from coupons. Under Redeem a coupon, enter the Coupon code (format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) and click Redeem. A code can be invalid, already redeemed or expired. Coupons can have an expiry date; an expired coupon no longer counts in the balance.

What uses credits

Credits pay for the AI model calls Qalion makes for your organization:

  • Test executions: the web agent's calls while it runs your steps.
  • Qalion AI answers. A higher thinking level uses more.
  • Website explorations.
  • AI analyses of problems, and the AI grouping of failures.

When the balance is empty

  • Runs can't start: "Your organization has no credits left. Add credits to run tests."
  • Qalion AI stops before its next step and keeps what it had written.
  • Website explorations can't start.

Following the spend

  • Settings → Costs (Owners and Admins): spend by kind (test executions, Qalion AI, explorations, AI analyses, failure classification), per day, by project and by member, and the most expensive runs, conversations and problems.
  • Each run shows its cost in its header ("… spent"), and each execution its own.
  • Each Qalion AI answer shows what it cost, and each chat its total so far.
  • Insights → Cost shows cost trends per plan, test case and run.

Parallel sessions

Your organization can use a limited number of browser sessions at once (4 by default). The Parallel sessions pill in the top bar shows how many are in use. Executions beyond the limit wait in a queue. A single run uses at most 4 sessions.
